CHRISTMAS 2009

Happy New Year!

We are excited to share some pictures with you.
My number one resolution this year- TAKE MORE PICTURES and do something with them other than store them on my computer. I am off to a good start... I printed off some family pictures and hung them in frames on the wall in our entry way. I love having pictures on the wall it is awesome.

Here we are at Clint and Ashley's house Christmas day. Braydon's favorite Girl cousins Sydney and Carley with Aunt Ashley

Here are four generations of Davis' in one place. It is pretty special to be able to share the holidays with everyone. Great Grandma RuthAnn, Carley, Ian, Braydon, Courtney, Grandpa Steve, Sydney and Daisey.

And here we are with three generations of Elliotts. Kim, Clint, Grammy Tammy, G-pa Mark, Ian, Braydon, and Courtney

Family pictures X-Mas eve at the Elliott party.

We had the Richardson X-mas party at our house for the first time this year. It was a lot of fun. It was such a blessing to watch all the young kids play together. We had a great time visiting with the family. I love parties we will have to do them more often.

Christmas morning Braydon received a remote control car which he figured out how to work right away.
Snow? at La Encantada. We took Braydon to see the snow show (which is actually made of soap suds.) We decided to get right in the thick of the soap blizzard for a festive x-mas card picture. As you can see by Braydons' face it is uncomfortable to breath in soap suds. The soap snow was enjoyable when we were looking at it from a distance opposed to inhaling it. What minor torture wont we smile through for a festive x-mas card picture. I recall a past torture session in MN when I had the wonderful idea of standing in a foot of snow in 15 degree weather trying to smile and pose waiting for the timer on the camera to go off a dozen times or so until we had the perfect festive x-card picture. Hmmmm what will we come up with for next year?Braydon, Uncle Clinton and cousin Clay in the back admiring the Snow show.

Yes this is what we came up with for the festive X-mass card picture. Not quite as exciting as a blizzard but everyone is smiling.
